For personalized and deep inner work, individual sessions are preferred. As a Certified EFT Practitioner, I need time for alignment with the client to familiarize and share the same intention, to respectfully resonate with the client's subconscious mind. For that reason I typically schedule a 20-30 minute Pre-Session interview by phone. There is no charge for this consult.
While some people prefer an in person one-on-one session, it is equally effective to have our sessions by phone while I guide you through the tapping sequence by description. Individual sessions last at least an hour, and are $125 payable in advance of the session. I also offer half-hour "Power Tapping" sessions after the initial sessions, if required. I accept PayPal and credit cards. Preparatory instructions in either case are as follows.
PHONE SESSIONS
Optimal results require having a comfortable environment. I suggest being seated in your favorite chair and in a room with the least amount electrical appliances-- including your computer. Fifteen minutes before our session drink a glass of water, and keep one handy nearby during the session. Although not necessary, head phones or a speaker phone makes it easier to tap hands free. Whenever possible, I will call you for the actual sessions. Sessions with Skype and a webcam are also available. We are located in New Mexico (Mountain Time Zone MST).
SESSIONS IN PERSON AT MY OFFICE
I always suggest that you drink water on your way to our appointment. Wear loose and comfortable clothes, and remove from your person any electronic devices, muting any ringer that could possibly go off and interfere with your session. In order to maximize your results, with your permission, I will do the actual tapping on your Meridian points.
When you are ready to begin with private EFT sessions, I require that you read and agree to our "Consent Form". After agreeing, you will be directed to the Payment Page.
